In stock items are usually shipped within 48 business hours. Items that need personalization/art work may take 1 - 4 weeks.
We will notify you if any items are no longer available or in stock, or if there will be a delay in shipping.

Overnight Shipping - extra $30.00
2-Day Delivery - extra $20.00
Saturday Delivery - extra $10.00
Surcharges: for some heavier and over-sized boxes, there might be an additional charge. If there are any additional charges, we will contact you and get your approval before charging your card and before we ship your order.
RETURN POLICY
We at Ya Ya's want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt; the only exception being any personalized products which are non-refundable. We give in-store credit only -- no cash or credit card refunds.
We will give in-store credit on purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. Store credit is good for one-year.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning an item.
